Joints N' Oranges is an independent music project from Panvel, Navi Mumbai. The sound lives somewhere between lofi, indie pop and chill beats—short instrumentals, slow tempos, and a lot of rain.
The room is not scenery around the music. It is where the music comes from: late sessions at the laptop, monsoon afternoons, unfinished notes, and long walks through a city still being learned street by street.
02 · The figure in the room
Lofi Boy arrived slowly.
Not as a mascot or an album cover, but as the person who had been here all along: headphones on, turned slightly away, making something while life continued beyond the glass.
The album grew from that feeling over a couple of years. It is about being the quiet person in the room while everything happens outside the window—written between late-night sessions, monsoon afternoons and walks around Panvel.
